Things i don’t like about Mac OS

I mostly love Apple and Mac OS. The fact is I can actually name the things I don’t like in a really short list, so I’m going to:

You can’t cut/past files. Apple’s got a philosophy about preventing data loss, such as a scenario where a you cut a file and the power goes out. C’mon.
Deleting a file from a USB flash drive moves it to the Trash, but it remains on your drive unless you empty Trash, which brings me to my next point…
You can’t delete selected files from the Trash, only all or nothing.
You can’t turn off the startup sound, at least not easily, that I know of.
